Okay, so far so good! It's been 4 weeks and I've lost 2.5k and my BP has come back down to normal which is such a good thing, I'm pretty happy with my BP dropping and I can now fit back into my old work pants "just" haha! anyway I had a great first 3 weeks but a very hard week last week (I felt hungry last week) hopefully back on track this week with tracking what I eat and upting my exercise Grrrr (I hate exercise).
