Well last weekend I had my first weekend in the city that i wasn't sick with anxiety, I was so happy with myself, I had a few moments that I felt it creeping up on me but I was able to push it aside, take some deep breathes, focus and shift it on it's way. My hubby was so proud if me and said it was one of the best weekends he's had in ages (what a wonderful progression) I've done it now and I can do it again.
We are off to Melbourne again this weekend so we will see what happens, I'm staying positive and focused and saying over and over "stay in the moment".
