Very proud of myself, I've come along way in a short period of time. "How"? you may ask, well I wanted to help myself so I forced myself to eat better, get more sleep, reduce caffeine and alcohol, started exercising, relaxed more, soaked up the sun, took time out for "me" mind you this was not easy but eventually it did become part of my daily routine.
Writing a journal on a daily basis was effective and in this I had headings and columns for Exercise for the day, Relaxation and three goals with this I monitored how much I did and how many things I achieved. Sometimes these goals were small but achievable, this was good because it gave me a sense of achievement which made it easier the next day to set my goals abit higher.
