I've been contemplating starting on the "health kick" road for some time now but I'm finding it very hard to get motivated. My weight has gone through the roof along with my blood pressure "thats a sure sign my health is going under" I've always had really good BP but in the last 12 months it has consistently been high.
Right! I've been to the doc for my usual blood test and again my BP was high, I decided then and there I am going to start doing something about my weight and my fitness. 
I hope I can be true to my word and do this, I'm going to start a weight loss program, start exercising and try to get motivated.
