My hubby & I flew to Sydney on Friday and had a lovely time away.
Friday was spent walking around this beautiful city, taking photo's of the Opera House and the Harbour bridge and just generally taking in the sites.
Friday night was spent at the entertainment centre going crazy singing & clapping away to Roxette (clapped so hard my hand was bruised in the process) Roxette have still got it & it was a spectacular fun filled night, waiting for a taxi was a bit of a nightmare though.
Saturday we slept in (our room at the Grand Quay was amazing with perfect views of the Harbour bridge) brekky then a ferry to Manly, Manly is a beautiful place for beach lovers & sun seekers, we on the other hand were happy just sightseeing & taking photographs. Back to circular in the arvo & shopping! shopping! shopping! Good excuse for a new top, go into Typo (stationary shop) & get ink all over the top your wearing (not a good look) the clothing store across the road gets good business out of it haha! well from me anyway!
Dinner was spent at the Imperial Peking restaurant with a view of the Opera House (it seems life doesn't get any better than this).
Sunday morning we strolled around the botanical gardens, taking some photo's before heading back to the hotel to check out & be on our way back to the airport homeward bound.
